1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Links Tally ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Links Tally is a golf scoring and game management app. It allows users to track scores, manage side games and bets, organize groups, leagues, and tournaments, and settle debts among players. The App does not process financial transactions directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Links Tally. The App includes features related to wagering among friends. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding gambling and wagering in your jurisdiction.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which will permanently remove your personal data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

6. Wagering & Settlements

• Links Tally facilitates tracking of friendly wagers between players. The App is not a gambling platform.
• All settlements are handled directly between users via third-party payment services (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash). Links Tally does not hold, transfer, or process any funds.
• You are solely responsible for any wagers you make and any money exchanged with other players.
• Links Tally makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of payout calculations. Users should verify amounts before settling.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Welch Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (scores, group names, profile information). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welch Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses from wagers, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
